I take great pride in my continued desire for growth and education, which is why I participate regularly in ongoing sales training and has earned such specialty designations as Certified Distressed Property Expert, focusing on short sales and foreclosures; Certified Investor Agent Specialist, focusing on investor needs and income generation through rental properties or rehabbing and reselling; and the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, focusing on buyer representation.
To accommodate the increasing demand for seller representation across the United States, globally, and the increasing number of foreign investments in Chicago, I am currently studying to become an International Real Estate Specialist as well.
